Our M & E Department is made up of highly skilled Engineers and Technicians who have acquired vast experience with the best Consulting and contracting firms in the country. All our Technicians (Pipe Welders, Plumbers, Electricians and HVACs) are equipped with competence certificates relevant to the industry. We also have a large pool of technical personnel to accommodate large volume projects.

M & E Services Capabilities:

1. HVAC Systems installation:
   Supply, Installation and Servicing of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems such as Direct Expansion Systems (Split Unit, Window Units, Ceiling Cassette Units, and Floor Standing Free Blow Units), Central Systems (Chillers, AHU, Fan Coils including all necessary Pipework and Duct Work), Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems, Domestic and Industrial Extractor Fan installation.
2. Plumbing Services:
   Water Supply and Drainage Services Piping, Installation of various types of sanitary wares and Accessories, Fire Fighting Services (Sprinklers, Hose reels and Hydrants), Sewage Treatment Plants, Water Treatment Plant. We have Heavy duty Machines that can be used in lifting Equipment’s to position during installation.
3. Fabrication:
   Fabrication of Steel Diesel Storage Tanks, Steel Towers, Braithwaite Tanks and Fibre Tanks for Water Storage.
4. Extra Low Voltage (EVL) System:
   Voice data, Fire alarm and Smoke detection system, Burglar alarm system, Access Control, Closed circuit television (CCTV)/Surveillance system.
   We are also equipped to deploy the building management system (BMS) and all the necessary cabling infrastructure development.
5. Medium/Low Voltage System:
   Construction and installation switch boards, Medium and Low voltage Switch boards MVP/ LTBS, Automatic Transfer switch (ATS) and multiple incomers synchronizing panel for generators. The framework (bus bars), metering and enclosures are standardized according to specifications.
   Our MV/LV power works extends to Inter township rural electrification and Street lighting system including solar street lighting.
6. Protection System and Safety:
   Lightning Protection, Earthing system for all electrical equipment in accordance with BS standards to ensure safety of life and property.
